Cloud Cleanse Cleanser

How to use:

Use every day and night to keep your lashes clean and healthy. Apply 1–2 pumps of cleanser to each eyelid, gently lather over your lash line in circular motions (brushing above and under your lashes), then rinse with water and pat dry.

Aqua/Water/Eau, Rosa Centifolia (Rose) Flower Water, Acrylates/Beheneth-25 Methacrylate Copolymer, Lauryl Betaine, Phenethyl Alcohol, Phenoxyethanol, Benzalkonium Chloride, Sodium PCA, Vitis Vinifera (Grape) Seed Extract, Alcohol, Triethanolamine, Citronellol, Geraniol, Terpineol.

Unopened products in original sealed packaging can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of pickup for store credit toward any product or service. Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Proof of purchase is required.

If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of pickup, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund.

Clearance and promotional items are final sale.

The Beauty Jem's retail products are available to local clients only — we do not currently offer shipping. Products can be purchased in-studio, during your appointment for convenience, or through our online shop.

Online orders are available for complimentary local pickup at our North Delta and East Vancouver locations only. Someone from The Beauty Jem will contact you to schedule a pickup day and time once your order is placed.

East Vancouver

North Delta

This is a private home-based studio. The address will be shared once your pickup has been fully coordinated. Pickup available Thursday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

How It Works

1. Select Pickup at Checkout: Choose your preferred pickup location during checkout. Orders are typically ready the next business day.

2. Schedule Your Pickup: We'll reach out by email, text, or Instagram to confirm a day and time that works within the pickup hours above.

3. Collecting Your Order: Please arrive at your scheduled time with your name and confirmation email for verification.

Important Information

Both locations operate exclusively as pickup points. Products are not stored, displayed, or available for walk-in purchase.

You may receive a fulfillment notification before your scheduled pickup; your order will only be available at the time coordinated with you.
