How to use:
Make sure your forehead is free of sweat or oil for a clean surface.
Peel off the protective film from the adhesive side of the face shield.
Carefully place the shield just above your eyebrows on your forehead and avoid sticking it to your hair.
Press and gently rub the shield back and forth a few times to ensure it sticks securely and comfortably.
Unopened products in original sealed packaging can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of pickup for store credit toward any product or service. Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Proof of purchase is required.
If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of pickup, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund.

Online orders are available for complimentary local pickup at our North Delta and East Vancouver locations only. Someone from The Beauty Jem will contact you to schedule a pickup day and time once your order is placed.

This is a private home-based studio. The address will be shared once your pickup has been fully coordinated. Pickup available Thursday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Schedule Your Pickup: We'll reach out by email, text, or Instagram to confirm a day and time that works within the pickup hours above.
Collecting Your Order: Please arrive at your scheduled time with your name and confirmation email for verification.

Both locations operate exclusively as pickup points. Products are not stored, displayed, or available for walk-in purchase.
You may receive a fulfillment notification before your scheduled pickup; your order will only be available at the time coordinated with you.
