How to use:
Prepare: Cleanse and tone skin before applying.
Apply: Dispense 3 to 5 drops into the palm or fingertips.
Technique: Press and pat the serum/ampoule into the face, neck, and chest until absorbed. Follow with your moisturizer.
Frequency: Use morning and evening. When used in the morning, always finish with a broad-spectrum SPF.

Unopened products in original sealed packaging can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of pickup for store credit toward any product or service. Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Proof of purchase is required.
If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of pickup, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund.

Online orders are available for complimentary local pickup at our North Delta and East Vancouver locations only. Someone from The Beauty Jem will contact you to schedule a pickup day and time once your order is placed.

This is a private home-based studio. The address will be shared once your pickup has been fully coordinated. Pickup available Thursday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
